MINT Certified Trainers

The MINT Professional Development Committee (PDC) is a committee of peer volunteers dedicated to the consistent, high-quality training of motivational interviewing based on the most current language, effective teaching techniques and course content as measured by the Motivational Interviewing Trainer Assessment and Development tool (MI-TAD), a rating scale developed to measure MI training competency. The PDC provides equal and ongoing opportunity, including continuing education, to all MINT members to prepare and sustain excellence as MINT Certified Motivational Interviewing Trainers. Through a voluntary application process, the following Members of MINT have successfully demonstrated this high level of excellence as a Motivational Interviewing trainer, as defined by the PDC. MINT Certified MI Trainers are listed by name and training language(s) according to their country of residence and are linked to their MINT Trainer profile.
