Specialising in making complex concepts simple, understandable and accessible. I enjoy teaching those new to Motivational Interviewing and helping people understand the core concepts of Motivational Interviewing, especially the SPIRIT of MI.

Using a blend of bespoke tools to make each training specific to the group, each session is different, personalised and bespoke. 

Specialist interest in using reflections and improving communication skills. Embedding MI in Leadership and Management, and Using Motivational Interviewing with Coaching Skills.
