To cap off HETI’s Valentine’s Week Extravaganza and following his “Teaching MI in Agencies, Institutions & Schools” workshop, Stephen will be leading his tenth annual forum to bring together new and old graduates on Friday, February 15th, 2019.  This will be a chance for getting together to reflect on our experiences with bringing MI to a larger audience, to learn a little more about MI, and to discuss our future efforts at increasing the use of MI in our various communities.

In this advanced, intensive 3-day training, proficiency in understanding Motivational Interviewing (MI) is assumed as a starting point so applicants must already have substantial familiarity and experience with Motivational Interviewing. This training does not focus on acquisition of proficiency in the clinical skills themselves.
