This training is open to people who have completed the Introduction / Intermediate Courses and is awarded 6 CPD hours from the Addiction Counsellors of Ireland (ACI). The training is designed over two sessions to assist participants develop their practical application of Motivational Interviewing. Participants will improve skills, confidence and techniques to progress competency through the use of experiential exercises, reinforcing, feedback, guiding and coaching. The course will be open to 12 participants and run over two three hour daily sessions, 10-1pm (GMT) starting Monday 10th of August and concluding on Tuesday 11th of August 2020.
