A three hour online course helping the particiapnt understand Adolescent Cognitive, Social and Emotional developmental and implications for a Motivational Interviewing approach. Consider the relevance of  the relational component of MI, Spirit and how it relates to adolescences and translates into practice. Learn strategies for rolling with resistance and task assosiasted with working with change interested and non interested adolescents.

An online course consisting of two half days, (3 hours) to develop your understanding of Mindfulness and how it can improve your listening, empathy and compassion to support the therapeutic relationship and change. Learn to create Mindful awareness for both therapist and participant. Both days will include short meditation practices and practical skills transferable into the work and everyday life.
