In this course there will be a review of the underlying spirit, structure,and principles of Motivational Interviewing. This course invites and challenges students to look deeper, to do more complex reflections, and to give themselves more feedback. Participants will look at the skills that will help get clients to the ambivalence and the struggle. At the end of the course participants will Demonstrate and practice MI in action by applying MI in a live, recorded conversation.

Motivational Interviewing Level 2 - Online - Sept. 28-29, 2022

Motivational Interviewing (MI) Level 2:

This workshop is designed for persons who have completed an introductory training and have begun to utilize the model in their

practice. This training will help participants to further develop MI skills and strategies beyond the basics in a supportive environment.

Beginning and intermediate MI training via Zoom on 9/7 and 9/8.  12 CEUs approved for counselors, social workers and MFTs in Ohio.  This is a combination of lecture, video, demonstrations and multiple break out sessions for practice.  9a to 4:30p EST both days.  If interested, email gary.stofle@gmail.com.  Fee is $200, but partial scholarships are available.  Thanks
