Yadira Benjelloun is founder and MI consultant of the Compassionate Ear. Yadira holds a MS in Educational Counseling and works as a Senior Learning Consultant and MI trainer for Kaiser Permanente. She trains clinicians and doctors accross Southern California. Yadira has over 10 years of experience in working with incarcerated youth and at-risk families in different community settings. She is passionate about growing MI in Spanish speaking communities.
Yadira is also a MINT certified trainer in English and Spanish MINT Certified Trainers
