I am a MINT Certified Trainer with over 22 years experience as an MI trainer coupled with 27 years as a MI practitioner working with substance use, mental health, HIV+ and private practice clients. As a clinical supervisor I use MI to develop and build teams to work utilizing their strengths. I am a social worker with an MSc in applied positive psychology, a member of IPPA and a Fellow of the RSA.
