More About Me

About Me

My work centers on coaching people and organizations to implement transformational change that leads to meaningful results. A core focus of my career has been supporting justice and human service agencies, as well as community based reentry organizations, to integrate Motivational Interviewing into everyday practice.

I believe people do their best work when they feel safe, supported, and equipped. This creates psychological safety and organizational wellness, allowing individuals and teams to thrive and see the impact of their work. Motivational Interviewing is a key competency for building a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

I provide tailored coaching, training, consulting, and implementation support that blends Motivational Interviewing with implementation science, positive psychology, somatic techniques, emotional intelligence, and cognitive behavioral strategies. I focus on extending training into practice through strength based coaching and skill integration.

When implemented with fidelity, Motivational Interviewing improves client outcomes, strengthens workplace culture, and reduces burnout by reconnecting staff to purpose and meaning. I support sustainable change by attending closely to implementation, fidelity, and the human dynamics of change within complex systems.
