This two full day training will discuss effective methods of supervising workers and provides participants with an opportunity to explore creative ways of integrating effective interventions with workers in motivating them. The practice of supervision using motivational interviewing is a worker-centered directive method for enhancing the intrinsic motivation within the worker, by helping them to explore and resolve their own ambivalence.
