Introduction to Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is an evidence-based, person-centered approach that helps people explore and make meaningful health or behavior changes. This training includes practical MI skills, processes, and strategies you will be able to use right away in your professional conversations. This is a 6-hour MI training session in-person in Tucson Arizona

¨ Anyone seeking a solid introduction or a valuable “refresher” in MI
