Yaminette Díaz-Linhart, LICSW, MPH, PhD is Scholar and Public Health Social Worker. Her research focuses on employment relations for frontline workers through worker voice, worker well-being and work design. As a behavioral health clinician, she provides trauma response to frontline workers. As a scholar-practitioner, she has extensive experience with behavioral health policy and behavioral health prevention interventions to improve well-being for communities in Massachusetts.
