I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with over 10+ years working in the mental health/substance abuse field. In addition to my work as a clinician, I have also worked in the administrative and government side of the fields. My passion is helping others learn how to develop authentic relationships with those around them. This includes working in the corporate and business arenas to help leaders learn and develop the relational leadership skills that can bring about strong, sustainable change to their teams and organizations.
I provide introductory presentations, beginner-/intermediate-/advanced-level workshops, as well as ongoing MI supervision/consultation. I also utilize MI, Appreciative Inquiry (AI), and other empathy-based, positive inquiry frameworks to provide consultation and training to individuals and agencies in the areas of change management, employee retention & well-being, team building and leadership development/executive coaching.
