I am a therapist, coach, helper, advocate. Instructor, consultant and storyteller who believes that anyone can change no matter what barrier he or she is facing. I have been working as an agent of change since 2005 in many different roles and am currently that Director of Substance Abuse Counseling for a non profit behavioral health organization based in New Jersey. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am a licensed social worker (LSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) and a Motivational Interviewing Network Trainer (MINT). I first became involved in motivational interviewing (MI) in 2007 when I attended a training and decided that I wanted to learn as much as I could about MI as I knew it was something special. My leadership style is that of the servant leader as I believe in leading from the bottom up and not the top down. I have a strong passion for helping people achieve his or her best posible version of them selves. I also believe that everyone has his or her own process in making changes and respecting the autonomy of choice is of extreme importance to me. It is my pleasure to play a role in your journey into change and transformation/transcendence.
