A peer reviewer for international papers from year 2010 to year 2016. Presented many studies and published a paper on caregivers' burden in year 2012. Completed a study on Motivational Interviewing 2013, presented the preliminary result at the 12th International Mental Health Conference, Gold Coast, Australia. Paper on motivational interviewing approach by community mental health team was published in 2015. Completed a research on using MI to deliver a recovery program for Mental Health settting and published the paper in 2017. Became the Master trainer for CPRP Certified Psychiatric Rehab Practitioner in 2018. Achieved the Certified Motivational Interviewing Trainer in 2022.
My professional Goal is to "Train Health Care Professionals in Mental Health Recovery Skills and to raise the standard of Mental Health care".
I have provided interventions, counselings and supported more than a 1,300 clients in my community and assisted them in achieving their recovery goals. Clients included older adults, younger adults, Women, teenagers and children. It's important to me in training the professional or anyone who are interested in using soft skills to change behaviour or life style. I aim to support and coach my trainees to achieve a competent outcome in the shorter possible period.
