About Me

I completed my MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 2021. My journey in MI started with a brief interactive lecture during a virtual elective in Integrative medicine at the University of Arizona. That was just sufficient for me to recognize my passion and I never looked back since then! I taught MI to myself via online videos and other resources, after which I was involved in giving free MI counseling sessions to anyone who wanted to bring about any behavioral change in their lives. I enrolled for the MINT-TNT in 2021 and have been helping people learn MI since 2022! I am also an active member of various committees including MI-MED, MINT plus, and the learning community of MI and spirituality!
