Hi everyone,
I joined MINT in 2016 after completing my TNT in Montreal, Canada, and it’s been a privilege to stay connected with this incredible community ever since. While I occasionally offer MI trainings, my full-time role is as the Director of Marketing and Communications for a behavioral health and addictions agency. My background is as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with most of my clinical work focused in psychiatric emergency services and brief assessments for both children and adults.
I’m an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of New Jersey and also serve as an executive coach for physicians and medical professionals at Rutgers University, supporting their leadership and well-being. I have a passion for creative storytelling and am trained in videography, including filming, editing, and production. I currently live in Belle Mead, New Jersey, on the east coast of the United States.
In MINT, I’ve had the honor of serving on the Inclusion and Diversity Committee (IDAC) from 2018–2020 and the Program Planning Committee (PPC) from 2020–2022. Since 2023, I’ve had the joy of serving as your Events Coordinator for the MINT Annual Forum.
I’m grateful to be part of this vibrant and compassionate network.
