~In my work I see mental health more to be understood in a life context, an existential- or relational context, and linked, among other things, to questions about how the individual places herself in questions of meaning, will, freedom, choice, responsibility, time and relationships with others as well as oneself. It is often about complex issues in a multidimensional and unique life perspective - less than just about biological causes.
Life is a whole, a cycle in which all the senses and parts affect us - not to mention learned behavioral and emotional patterns that are repeated as long as we have not seen, heard or understood.
