As a doctoral student in the Graduate School of Humanities at Tokyo Metropolitan University, I am deeply interested in elucidating the cognitive mechanisms underlying craving. My research aims to develop new approaches that can facilitate lifestyle changes by revealing the processes that sustain cravings. Additionally, I am involved in the exciting initiative of establishing a counseling office in the Nansei region of Mie Prefecture.
