I have an extensive track record in organisational development and quality improvement at director level in the NHS and not for profit sector. I have been an MI trainer since 2003 and a clinician since 1983 in addictions and mental health. and have delivered MI training to a wide range of health and social care providers. I am able to design training for commissioners that will meet their requirements and this can range from 1 day - 3 day training programmes. Follow up work can also be designed into the training and evaluation.
