I am a passionate professional who has dedicated most of my life toward creating efficient and effective system change within government entities. In 2013, I left a 25-year career in government services, to specifically focus on supporting other professionals who are doing the work. My goal is to assist individuals and organizations in creating positive change, win-win scenarios, and developng a personal life or an organizational system based on values.
Kelly Franklin has extensive experience related to organizational, program, and systems development and has served on government committees and boards designed to create efficiency and effectiveness in state government. Kelly has combined this extensive background, with her skill and knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and has been providing MI training, consulting, and coaching related to MI, MI in systems, and MI in leadership since 2013. Kelly’s knowledge of systems includes Vocational Rehabilitation, Employment, Department of Corrections, Development Disabilities, Centers for Independent Living, Mental Health, Education, Department of Social and Health Services, Aging and Disabilities, Non-Profit, and Community Organizations. 'Throughout the years Kelly has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington and Southern Oregon University. Kelly became a member of the International Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers when she completed her training in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2014.
