I am a retired Board-Certified Family Medicine physician. During my career, I have been privileged to teach a variety of health care professionals. I have a strong interest in patient engagement so as to respectfully include patients’ values and preferences in their care.
I am a retired family physician with a passion for engaging patients in their care. I enjoy providing practical and interactive trainings to help care team members improve and be confident using key MI skills to more respectfully communicate with patients . I have experience with training a variety of care team personnel including medical, behavioral health and dental care clinicians, clinical support staff and ancillary personnel.
