My professional background is in law enforcement, corrections, counseling and organizational management. I have Master's Degrees in counseling-systems therapy (Univ of Rhode Island) and criminal justice-corrections (Univ of Cincinnati). I have trained police officers, fire and EMT personnel, corrections professionals, school teachers, social workers/counselors, and volunteers. I currently live in Vermont, USA.
My interest is in helping those who work with justice-involved individuals to incorporate Motivational Interviewing in their work. I am versed in evidence-based practices in corrections and seek to integrate MI with those practices.
