Jonnae Tillman is in her 15th year as a trainer, researcher and consultant in Motivational Interviewing (M.I.). She is a member of MINT, the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, an international organization of professionals committed to the research, training and practice of Motivational Interviewing. Jonnae is currently the Clinical Director at IPRG, Innovative Projects Research Group, at the University of Washington providing M.I. training, supervision and fidelity adherence for research in adult/adolescent marijuana dependence and alcohol abuse in military populations. She has written on-line CME for M.I. and Primary Care of Type 2 Diabetes. Jonnae is adjunct faculty in Seattle University’s graduate nursing program and has been providing trainings in Motivational Interviewing and early education, child development, pediatric nursing/social work for over 10 years. In addition, Jonnae is currently designing trainings for Nurse Family Partnership, Washington State Department of Corrections, UW Advanced Practice conference, Migrant Head Start and a domestic violence prevention agency.
