Jess Trane is a licensed clinical social worker. She brings over a decade of experience in New York City public schools and non-profits. This included serving as the Assistant Director of Training & Capacity Building at The Door - A Center of Alternatives, a comprehensive youth development drop-in center in downtown Manhattan. She has had the pleasure of regularly providing training, coaching, and supervision to both clinical and non-clinical staff in program areas such as health care, legal services, workforce development, homeless services, traditional and alternative educational settings, and many others. She has a particular interest in adolescents and young adults, organizational change, and the development of supportive and intentional supervisory and leadership practices. She focuses on planning training sessions that cultivate opportunities for fun, engagement, and meaningful reflection.
