Fredrik is the owner and CEO of Cultivate Kindness AB. A company dedicated to enhancing transformational leadership and evidence-based practices in companies and organisations. Cultivate Kindness works with both single consultancy sessions to large scale transformational processes within in large scale organisations across multiple sites and branches.
Fredrik is recognized as an expert in Motivational Interviewing and is a co-founder of MILO - MI in Leadership and Organizations, a platform dedicated to advancing the use of MI in diverse organizational settings.
