I have been educating and supporting human service workers for over 30 years. I work part-time as the Provincial Coordinator and Master Trainer of the Nobody's Perfect Parenting Program and I also run my own business, Creating Connection. My passion is facilitating learning of Motivational Interviewing, early childhood development & parenting, stress awareness & self-regulation, and organizational leadership & communication. With a passion for understanding the art and science of facilitation, for the past several years, I have immersed myself into understanding and teaching facilitation both in-person and virtually. I hold a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree (Sociology), a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and a Master of Education (Educational Leadership) degree.
My intentions are to create safe, engaging, and fun experiential learning activities for people to maximize their comprehension of content, to explore their values and personalize information, and to develop hands-on skills, tools and strategies. I am passionate about creating head, heart, and hand connections for others. I am dedicated to partnering with learners to design and deliver trainings tailored to each group's unique needs and goals.
