Having spent many years in the Substance Misuse/ Mental Health field in the NHS in London I am now developing further my delivery of training, supervision & mediation work. I have been delivering MI training since becoming a MINTie in 2003, but have been working full time as a freelance trainer since 2011.
I am the module lead for a 13 week skills based MI module, which is accredited with the University of West London for 30 credits at Level 5 or 6.
In addition I run 2 day introductory MI courses for a number of organisations & have just become involved in delivering MI training to managers in a large Addiction service, in order to enable the managers to develop regular MI kearning sets for practitioners.
I am an Associate Trainer for Triangle Consulting, who have developed a family of Outcomes Tools , which are designed to enable practitioners to enable their clients to make changes, in addition to producing Outcomes.
