I am a licensed clinical health psychologist specializing in behavioral medicine, addictions, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and more. I am extensively trained in cognitive processing therapy and prolonged exposure therapy.  I also have extensive experience as a teacher and researcher and keep up with the latest psychological research to ensure that my patients receive the best-available treatments.  My psychological research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and I have served as an invited reviewer for various academic journals.
