I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), Restorative Practices Trainer and Trainer and Coach of Motivational Interviewing. I have over ten years of experience working alongside school administrators, teachers, learning consultants and parents to cultivate inclusive, loving and accepting environments.
I deeply enjoy having genuine, empathic conversations with individual students and groups of students to help them navigate their lives and support them in recognizing their inherent worth. I also have an extensive background consulting with school based mental health, school climate and crisis response teams.
My work focuses on using deep listening, evocative questions and partnership in order to support teams effectively problem solve clarity and the most effective way forward.
I am devoted to providing high quality training on a variety of topics including Motivational Interviewing, Restorative Practices, Well-being, Consultation, Conflict Resolution, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support MTSS and more.
