I have16 years of experience of clinical treament fromThe National Board of Institutional Care (Statens institutionsstyrelse, or SiS). SiS is an independent Swedish government agency that delivers individually tailored compulsory care for young people with psychosocial problems and for adults with substance abuse. I have practiced MI since 2004. I work as a specalist in cognitive behavioral therapy-based treatmentprogram ART and MI-based treatment, and as an trainer for the staff in the goverment agency`s own conflict managmentprogram NPNL. I also work with MI-implementation and MI-skills traning and with fokus on the etics in treatment in the daily operations for the staff and managment.
