  • Guided, experiential practice of new skills

At the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Feel practiced and comfortable to use MI-adherent utterances in everyday conversations

  • Have the ability to hear resistance language; know & have practiced MI-adherent ways to respond

  • Have a deeper understanding of why MI works, and a plan on how you can practice and use MI in your life or work

  • Understand the “MI spirit”, and how it can reduce motivational damage from non-MI-adherent utterances
