Dear MINT colleague
With just over a month to go we are excited about meeting you in Montreal. This email is to remind you about a number of things we have planned.
Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception;
This will be taking place in a lovely room with an outdoor terrace at the Hotel Bonaventure from 7-10pm on Wednesday 28th September. The attendance of this is part of your registration and as a MINT member you do not need to purchase a ticket. A complimentary welcome drink is included and there will be a buffet dinner available. We look forward to seeing you there. Please note that this event is included in your registration and you are welcome to bring a guest (you will need to register them via your Regonline registration).
Registration for the Forum
Registration for the Forum will take place on the Conference floor of the Bonaventure at the following times;
Wednesday 28th September - 2.00pm-4.00pm, 6.00pm-7.00pm
Thursday 29th September - 8.00am-9.00am
Friday Night at the Sugar Shack (Friday September 30th)
The Local Hosts have organized a wonderful evening of food, drink and dancing at a authentic sugar shack outside of the city. Buses will take us there for a fun filled evening in a traditional location. Please note that tickets will not be available to buy at the Forum and can be purchased online via your Regonline registration. Tickets cost $50 US each.

Please note that the Forum starts at 9am on Thursday September 29th and concludes on Saturday 1st October at 5pm.

Remember if you are not North American you need to obtain an electronic visa (ETA) to travel. Information is on the website.
