Working from and Evidence-Based Practice perspective, the training will be tailored to the participants to build up practical skills that can be applied immediately to better engage your clients, reduce your stress and burnout, and facilitate patients owning their change process. There will be extensive focus on strategically responding to types of talk, cultivating deeper engagement and focus, with extra attention on developing measureable, person-centered objectives for an effective plan.
