Exploring Applications of Motivational Interviewing in China: Hybrid Workshop

Dear MINT friends and colleagues,
We are pleased to share an upcoming Motivational Interviewing Applications Workshop, to be held on July 27, 2026, in Wenzhou, China. The workshop will be offered in a hybrid format, with both in-person and online participation available.
As Motivational Interviewing continues to grow in mainland China, we are exploring how MI can be thoughtfully adapted and applied across diverse professional, healthcare, and cultural contexts. This workshop represents an early effort to bring together practitioners and trainers who are applying MI in fields such as healthcare, psychological counseling, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, organizational leadership, and digital mental health.
The program features speakers from China alongside invited MINT members and trainers from the Netherlands, South Korea, and the United States. We are deeply grateful for their generosity in sharing their knowledge, experience, and perspectives.
