Introduction to Motivational Interviewing for Leaders

Focus: This one day training in MI-LEAD will provide an introduction to the application of the spirit and principles of MI in leadership settings. Specific areas that will be addressed include the ethical considerations of using MI in leadership, managing difficult conversations, and the challenges in finding a shared agenda.
