This dynamic and interactive training will is designed to offer a plan of action to integrate Motivational Interviewing into the Peer Recovery Specialist Community. Peers will review and practice the basics of engagement and building motivational interviewing spirit, skills and an understanding of the four structural processes of the communication; engagement; focusing; evocation, planning and how to train/ coach others in the Peer Recovery Specialist Community in New Jersey.
