Originally from Heilongjiang Province, I now reside in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, where I work as a counselor and lecturer at Wenzhou Kangning Hospital. My days are spent moving between school classrooms and counseling sessions—offering psychological support to children, guiding parents through parenting challenges, and collaborating with teachers to explore educational approaches. MI has not only transformed our professional methods but has also woven its spirit into the fabric of daily life here in Wenzhou.

Since becoming a member of MINT in July 2025, I have facilitated MI-based group counseling sessions for diverse populations (e.g., middle-aged/older adults, weight management groups) and served as a teaching assistant in MI-focused workshops for school psychologists.
自2025年7月起成为MINT（动机式访谈国际培训师协会）成员以来，已带领了各人群的MI团体心理辅导小组（如中老年群体、减重群体），作为助教参与为学校心理教师提供动机式访谈（MI）专题培训。
