I have been with the State of Wisconsin since 1988, and the Department of Corrections most of the years. I was a Probation and Parole Agent for 17 years and a Corrections Field Supervisor for 5 years, as well as a Unit Manager at our state's Sexually Violent Program. I have been involved with Motivational Interviewing since 2010, when WI DOC began a systems change towards Evidenced Based Practices. I have been involved in training Motivational Interviewing for the last 5 years.
I am an Ordained Minister with Faith Christian Church, Mauston, WI since 2000, after completing a two year internship with them. I am a volunteer staff coordinator, coordinating 120 volunteers in two locations, and am administrator of Harvest School of Ministry, a local bible college through our church.
I love motivational interviewing in each venue I work in. I am always open to how I might be able to help you in your organization's journey.
