I have a passion for training and coaching Motivational Interviewing and have experience doing so in a variety of settings and environments. A particular focus area for my training has been in the employment sector working with case managers and employment counsellors; however, my training and coaching experience has been diverse. I have extensive experience supporting organizations to develop competent MI champs/mentors to sustain MI's daily practice within the organizational setting.
