I am assistant director of the Learning Center @ CSI. I provide consulting, training and quality assurance coaching in evidence based practices for a variety of non profits and state agencies within the state of CT, UT, KS, and CA. My background is in professional counseling with a specialization with the criminal justice population. I have been training MI and other evidence based practices for 16 years. I provide Motivational Interviewing trainings for beginnings or advanced practitioners, in both in person and virtual settings.
The Motivational Interviewing trainings that I conduct are hands on, interactive and engaging. The following are areas of training focus that I offer:

In addition to trainings I also specialize in ongoing coaching and professional development of MI skills in a variety of practices including for non profits and public sector work. This includes MI coding and feedback.
