The largest in Manitoba, Canada where she managed a 3 year 1.3 million dollar research study for the Provincial and Federal Government with over 2400 individuals with multiple barriers to employment. She is experienced in organizational change, implementation of motivational interviewing, motivational interviewing training, project management, program development, implementing processes, curriculum writing and best practices development.
