I'm a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist, university lecturer and practitioner with a passion for helping people unlock meaningful change. My work spans elite sport, education and everyday behaviour change, blending evidence-based psychology with curiosity, compassion and a healthy dose of humour.
As a MINT trainer, I'm passionate about making motivational interviewing practical, engaging and experiential. I believe the best learning happens through collaboration, curiosity and a willingness to get things wrong.
Outside psychology, you'll find me training Muay Thai, travelling (especially to Thailand), tackling DIY projects or enjoying great food with family and friends.
Training that challenges thinking, sparks curiosity and transforms practice.
I don't believe in training that simply delivers information. I design immersive, high-energy, experiential learning experiences that challenge assumptions, inspire reflection and turn psychological theory into real-world skills.
Drawing on my background in applied psychology, higher education and motivational interviewing, I combine innovative learning design, interactive challenges, live demonstrations and purposeful practice to create training that people genuinely enjoy and remember.
My approach is grounded in the science of learning: less PowerPoint, more participation; less telling, more discovering; less theory for theory's sake, more meaningful behaviour change.
Every session is designed to create those powerful lightbulb moments where learning clicks, confidence grows and participants leave not just knowing more, but doing things differently.
My philosophy? Make learning memorable. Make practice meaningful. Make change possible.
