About Me

My full time position is professor at Sapporo Gakuin Uni and My specialization is health science,

while my research and practice field is health education. I have researched on the factors that influence risk behaviors (smoking, alcohol, Diet, sleep deprivation and mental health) of university students. My PhD was regarding the relationship between psychosocial factor and risk behavior.

 

I have also already organized a study group to help people who want to learn MI in Hokkaido.

As I have a hypothesis that MI methods will reduce communicational stresses of school teachers,

 I am interested in the use of MI among teacher and other human support specialize person.
