Aa a therapist I know practice. Working with people never goos by the book.

I am an experienced lecturer and developer of bachelor and post graduate education at a university in the Netherlands.
 

Well-Being leads my in my work. As a author, speaker and trainer I translate scientific knowledge for professional use. My main goal,  find out what works and how to use it.

I work with positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing for professionals, practitioners and trainers. 

I also publish articles and books about these subject where you can read what we know from scientific research and how you van use it.
