I live in Abbotsford BC, Canada and enjoy the outdoors and being active in any capacity I am able to do. I am a mother, grandma, spouse, sister and person who connects with many different people and groups.
I am passionate about self management support and connecting "helpers" to MI skills to provide truly person and family centred care. I became a MINT member in 2016 in Montreal, 12 years after learning about MI. I acknowledge the more I know the less I know!
