I am a registered psychometrician in the Philippines, currently working as a dormitory and therapeutic community program manager in one of the DOH - Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers in the country which mainly cater severe drug dependent clients with psychiatric, medical, and psychological co-morbidities. My approach is collaborative and integrative. I work closely with clients and treatment partners, tailoring community and individual recovery plans to provide holistic intervention to our clients. In addition to clinical practice, I provide coaching and supervision to fellow mental health and helping professionals in MI and Therapeutic Communities.
I offer training not only to teach, but because it creates a dynamic space for mutual learning—where insights are exchanged, perspectives are broadened, and growth becomes a shared experience.
