Hongshen Yang currently serves as the Associate Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. He is a certified psychological counselor and economist in China. He is also a core member of the Motivational Interviewing Development Center in China. He is dedicated to promoting MI in various fields in China, including psychological counseling, healthcare, and corporate EAP programs.
