Harry Zerler completed his TNT in 1998 in Newport Rhode Island and has been an active member of MINT ever since. He served on MINT's steering committee, and as a founding member of the Board and first Treasurer of MINT Incorporated 2008-2010. He has been a panel moderator or workshop presenter at several MINT Forums, including Amsterdam, Netherlands (2005), Albuquerque, New Mexico (2008), Barcelona, Spain (2009), Fort Wayne Indiana (2012), Atlanta GA (2014), Montreal,Canada (2016)and the 2021 Virtual Forum. He has served as a technical assistance consultant on Motivational Interviewing for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) on several projects including Technolgy Transfer, a three-year research study at Daytop Village in New York; the New Jersey SBIRT project; and for national Offender Re-Entry Program (ORP) grantees. He has been a consultant on MI for the Center for Court Innovation in New York City, and for the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers in Camden New Jersey, and is currently engaged in a project addressing applications of MI for civil engagement.
