Après 15 ans d'expérience dans la création et l'animation de formations, j'ai obtenu en 2020 un master de pédagogie en sciences de la santé à Strasbourg. Ce diplôme m'a donné un bagage théorique supplémentaire à mon expérience et augmenté mon goût pour la recherche qualitative et l'andragogie. Je suis également formatrice en entretien motivationnel, à l'éducation thérapeutique, au tutorat et à la pédagogie. J'ai co-écrit en 2022 avec Pascal Gache un ouvrage sur l'apprentissage de l'entretien motivationnel « Guide pratique de l'Entretien Motivationnel. l'entretien motivationnel, de sa pratique à son apprentissage !
